In compliance with Section 115.233 RSMo., the public is hereby notified of the testing of the Absentee Logic & Accuracy Memory Card to be used in the August 7, 2012 Primary Election in St. Charles County. The test will be conducted on Tuesday, July10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. and will be held in the St. Charles County Election Authority’s Office, located at 397 Turner Blvd., St. Peters, MO 63376.

The test shall be conducted by processing a pre-audited group of ballots (test deck), and an errorless count shall be made before the tabulating equipment is approved. The test will take approximately five hours. Once the test is started, no one will be allowed to leave the testing area.

The public or any person, other than candidates and other individuals required to be notified under Section 115.233, RSMo., wishing to participate in the testing process, must file a written request with the Election Authority at least 24 hours before the beginning of the test.
